Lack of energy


These days when you're in any conversation the 1st greeting seems to be as a normal greeting when people say “I'm so tired” People seem to share their stories about what they wanted to do but they don't have time to do it and too tired or too lazy to do it. Is that the laziness? Do we get older so we can't do what we used to be able to do? Or we re just generally tired and lack of energy?


Being tired is a popular complaint and a real common problems. Fatigue has impact in every areas of people life. It can negatively impact performance at work, family life, and social relationship.

Fatigue is the feeling of being tired. It's different form being sleepy but it includes:


  • reduce or no energy

  • physical or mental exhaustion

  • lack of motivation


The cause of the fatigue can be:


  • Psycholgical and psychosocial ( stress, anxiety and depression

  • Physical( health issues such as diabetes, anemia, cancer ,thyroid, iron efficiency)

  • Physiological( not enough sleep, too much drinking ,over exercise, breast feeding )


What can we do about it?


There is no single treatment for lack of energy or fatigue. It's rather a life style change after ruling out what is the cause of the problems. By seeing a doctor to get your health check get the blood test done so you know there is nothing going on inside your body. Life style is a main key approach for a solid long term result. Good heath comes with good energy. Your diets full of nutritions is really important . The daily recommendation is 8-9 serving of fruits and vegetable. Try to exercise daily, easily saying than doing. If you can't go to the gym to exercise try to stay active avoid using elevation but using stairs as example. Always get a a good sleep will really help to boost the energy.


If we can't eat well taking a good supplement will compensate what you lack in your diet. Please check the rating of the supplements otherwise you waste your money on something which may not be working and you ended up taking something harmful to your health.
